He has been instrumental in conducting feasibility studies, master plans and architectural designs for various Agro parks, dry ports, logistics hubs, warehousing zone, industrial parks across the globe

Ashwin Architects Pvt Ltd new venture was conceptualised as a design start up firm in 2022 in Chennai by Ar Manivannan who have immense interest and vast experience in the field of planning and design for various infrastructure facilities.
